【Abstract】
The healthy character is the character of highly harmonious development
with respect to intelligence and ability, perception and morals, personality
and talent, reasonableness and self-refrainment, aesthetic perception
and manifestation of beauty, and etc. It is a long-term system cause
to mold healthy characters through home education, school education,
social education and individual self-education. Through his own teaching
practice and concrete and vivid examples, the author puts forward
for form masters two methods of how to mold the students' healthy
characters by means of school education, namely "adroitly guide
the students according to circumstances, leading the students to look
for their proper mental orientation and role consciousness when frustrated"
and "create the right scenes for the students to educate themselves
in practicing activities". |

【Abstract】

advancement and development. Therefore it is one of our working key
points to cultivate the students' competitive and cooperative capacity.
And a favorable learning environment should be created so that the
students can learn to cooperate in competition and make progress in
cooperation.
Studying groups should be organized and learning competition should
be launched according to the inter-supplement to students' specialty
in personality, the difference of their test scores and the difference
of their abilities. It aims to offer the students an amicable group-studying
atmosphere to stimulate their learning positiveness, initiative, creativity
and to help them grow perfect.
Competition-Cooperation Combined Learning can stir up personal potentials,
raise achievement motivation and ambition level, narrow the gap between
the personal ability and the test scores; The cooperative learning
is conducive to develop the students' sound character, strengthen
the group cohesion and make the group life full of vitality.
The implementation of this learning mechanism not only satisfies the
