Our aims are to cater for students personal development, and to cultivate their love for learning and to develop their abilities to meet their needs for life-time learning and working with other people. Therefore, teachers are not just knowledge transmitter but personality development assistants or professionals.
All these aims can be achieved only through a constant and enduring process in which observation, discussion, reflection, and summarization are required. Academic research will be generously rewarded when research findings are shared among the teaching staff, which is surely to lead the school and its students to success.
