  Gu Junru:
  Male, secondary school teacher with intermediate professional qualification.He finished his undergraduate courses in the Department of Politics
 
 





and Instruction of Shanghai Normal University in 1982, and began his career in Shanghai Ying Hua Middle School and was later promoted as vice principal. In 1998, he joined Shanghai World Foreign Language Middle School, working as the chief of the School General Affairs Sector.
 
Pei Xueming:
  Female, secondary school history teacher with intermediate professional qualification. She graduated from Shanghai Normal University in 1986 as a history major. She once worked as a counselor and secretary of the Youth League in the Middle School attached to Teachers Further Education Academy, Hongkou District. She started her work in Shanghai World Foreign Language Middle School in 1998, and now works as an assistant director of Students Affairs Sector. She won the title of Golden Star Brigade of Young Pioneers during her tutorship and was chosen Excellent Organizer Mass Recreational Activities. In 1994, she was awarded the title of New Long March Shock Worker.
 
 
   
Hu Zhiling:
  Female, secondary school Maths teacher with intermediate professional qualification. She started teaching in Shanghai Farm School affiliated to Judicial Bureau in 1974. In 1990, she graduated from Shanghai Education Institute with a bachelor's degree as a mathematics major. She is also a member of Shanghai Mental Consultation Association of Primary and Secondary Schools. She taught in Shanghai No.1 Middle School in 1992,and joined Shanghai World Foreign Language Middle School in 1997. She was once awarded 1999 Advanced Educator in Judicial Bureau in Shanghai, and Gardener Prize in Xuhui District, Advanced Educator in 1999-2001 and 2002 in Xuhui District. Her works Weekly Diary---Bridge Between Teachers and Students and Mental Health and Mathematics Teaching were published in nationwide magazine << Psychology >> and << Collection of Thesis by Primary and Secondary School Teachers >>.

 
Mu Qiyun:
  Female, secondary school English teacher with intermediate professional qualification. She graduated from Shanghai Normal University with a bachelor degree in 1995 as an English major. Since then, she has worked in WFLMS. Among the students under her tutorship, over ten were winners of Shanghai English Contest. She was awarded the title of "Gardener Award" in 1998. In January of 1999, she was promoted to the first-class professional title ahead of time for exceptional achievements. She worked as the chief of English Department. Now she is the assistant-chief of Administration Department of WFLMS.
Zhuping:
  
Female, secondary school English teacher with intermediate professional qualification. She graduated from English Department, East China Normal University, in 1992 with a bachelor degree .In 1994, she joined the faculty of World Foreign Language Middle School and is now head of English Department of the school. In 1999, she was awarded Xuhui District Gardener". In 2000, she got the second prize in Recitation & Speech Contest for English Teachers in Shanghai. In 2001, she won the special award for Xuhui District teaching appraisal held among all the middle school teachers. In the same year, she won the first prize (Junior High) in Shanghai Middle-aged & Young Teaching Appraisal. In 2002, she participated in the research group for the national subject ---- "Teaching Pattern & Skill in Junior School English Class", which has gained the completion certificate issued by the Ministry of Education. In 2001, she participated in the research "Facilitate Activities in English Lessons---the Study of Associative Pattern" ,which won her another award in Xuhui District. In 2003, her thesis "Teach English extensively, Learn English Flexibly" was published in Xuhui Education Journal.

 
   
   
   



Jiang Zhiyi:
  Female, secondary school English teacher with intermediate professional qualification. A major in English Literature and Education in Shanghai Normal University, she finished her academic study in 1995 with a bachelor degree. She started her career in Shanghai World Foreign Language Middle School in 1995 and was honourably awarded "Probation Teacher of The Year" in 1996. In the next few years, she achieved first or second prizes in city wide or nation wide competitions as following: Welcome the Return of HongKong English Speech Competition (1997), The First Shanghai Secondary School English Teachers Speech and Recitation Contest (1998), a great national honor as "Foreign Language Teacher of the Year" (1999), The Third National Secondary School High-Grade Teaching Contest (2001). She was also a member of the research group that focused on a national key research subject How to Optimize Teaching and Learning in Secondary Schools From The Dimension of Emotion with her contribution as a research paper on certain teaching strategies.
